Deliveries
Getting goods delivered to you safely is very important to us. We use Royal Mail's recorded service for the majority of UK deliveries, outside of the UK we will use the quickest 'signed for' deliver service. You'll find our estimated delivery times further down this page.
If your home is hard to find or you’d like the courier to deliver your order to a neighbour or place of work, you can leave special instructions. Please send an email to sales@emma-harris.co.uk
(Please note that once a package has been signed for by someone, its safety is no longer our responsibility.)
If you miss a delivery, a card will be left letting you know how to arrange another delivery or pick-up your order in person.
Delivery Costs & Times
As you'd expect, delivery prices and times depend on your location & how much you buy. The times quoted are from when we post your parcel, to when you receive it. We will send you an email confirming that your parcel is on its way, with the tracking number. Should your parcel take longer than the expected delivery times, please contact info@emma-harris.co.uk
Please note that Emma Harris does not mass produce her collection, and although we carry small stock of all items, there will be times when we do produce goods to order. Should this affect your order we will notify you by email, letting you know when you can expect to receive your goods.

Making a return
We want you to be very happy with your purchase & love wearing it, but we do understand that there are times when something is just not quite right..
If there’s a problem with your order, such as the wrong goods were sent or an item’s faulty, please contact info@emma-harris.co.uk quoting your order number. You'll need to contact us within 7days of receiving the goods, & we ask that all returns are made within 10 days of receipt of goods. We aim to return all emails within 24hrs.
Please note, when returning goods it is your responsibility to use a secure posting method. If a parcel goes missing you'll need to provide proof of postage and a tracking number.
Very Important Note
All items must be returned to us in their original condition, unworn, undamaged and free from any fragrance or deodorant. We have to ask you to consider this when trying on our clothing, as we cannot accept returns that have been damaged.
It’s your responsibility to ensure anything you return is in its original condition – unworn and unwashed, with all the tags attached and in the bag it came in.
Statutory rights
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy and you will have the benefit of them too.
Once we have your package, we’ll then refund you and the funds should appear back in the account or on the card you paid with in less than 30 days. Your original delivery charge will not be reimbursed. Nor will any costs you incur returning the item.
If you are returning a parcel to us from overseas, please note that customs or import duties may be applicable. We are not able to pay these charges on your behalf or accept your parcel unless these costs have already been paid.
